In recent years, the international context has changed significantly. Geopolitical tensions have led to a substantial increase in investments in the defense and security sectors. In this scenario, collaboration between companies is becoming increasingly important in order to operate effectively in a complex European market.

“Individual companies, on their own, often do not have the strength to effectively position themselves in such a specific market as the military sector. Together we are stronger, more credible, and more competitive,” explains Fabrizio Cottura, CEO of SIRIT Poland.

For this reason, the company decided, supported by Bosetti Global Consulting, to join the cluster, with the goal of expanding its network of industrial relationships and developing new opportunities for collaboration.

SIRIT Poland already collaborates with major brands in the industrial vehicle sector that have developed dedicated lines for military use. However, joining the Lower Silesian Aviation Cluster will also allow the company to connect with firms that operate directly and in a specialized way in production for the defense sector.

Within the cluster, there are companies that develop technologies and components specifically intended for the military industry, creating a collaborative environment focused on innovation and industrial development.

Thanks to its manufacturing experience, SIRIT Poland is able to respond to highly specific technical requirements. Through the fittings manufacturer TOSI, the company can develop customized solutions, adapting production processes and testing procedures to meet clients’ needs.

SIRIT Poland already collaborates with companies in the military sector in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, operating according to high standards of quality, strict data confidentiality, and the specific procedures required in both industrial and military environments.

“The cluster represents an important step forward for us. It is a sector that will become increasingly relevant over the next 5–10 years, and one that we want to observe and develop with great attention,” concludes Cottura.

Joining the Lower Silesian Aviation Cluster therefore represents a strategic choice for the future and an opportunity to strengthen SIRIT Poland’s presence in a rapidly evolving industrial environment.

Both the Trailer EBS Module (iTEBS X) and the Chassis Suspension Module (CSM) for conventional and electro-pneumatic air suspension systems, will be equipped with SIRIT RTC technology. This is what you need to be successful in sport. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that this year we continue the sponsorship support for the young motocross rider Pietro Salina, who in 2022 takes part in the Italian and Swiss championships and some European competitions.

Pietro got on his first bike at the age of 5 and has not been dismounted since then. At the age of 15, he started competing in regional competitions, and in the following years in the Italian and European championships.

Sports passion means discipline, consistency and many sacrifices, and even physical pain, because our player has three broken vertebrae in his account last year and a demanding time to recover.

–We started joint activities with SIRIT Poland this year. Support for the renovation of the children’s kitchen and help in organizing a holiday vacation are invaluable to us. Traveling together is a special time when the energy of our children materializes, and the time spent together strengthens our educational activities. After talking to Mr. Paweł and thoroughly learning about the needs of children and educational staff, we prepared a long-term support package for the facility and the kids.
We divided the help into categories:
a. Needs – we provide quarterly financial support for the purchase of the most necessary clothing, footwear and hygiene items.
b. Space – we equipped the kids’ club room with furniture, thanks to which the tutors conjured up a cozy space for shared fun and entertainment. We provided financial support for the renovation of the kitchen, thanks to which this “heart of the house” will be friendlier and safer.
c. Experiences – together with our friends and partners, we co-financed a real holiday by the sea, so that every child from the House could take advantage of an unforgettable summer vacation and, above all, get closer to the social context similar to their peers.

–Our company has been in Poland for many years, during which we have experienced economic development and growth. For me personally, this growth was professional and human. It allowed me to gain life experience, improve myself as a manager and as a human being. The conference reflected the company’s efforts to develop and implement innovative products that meet customer needs. EMTECH, in cooperation with the Wrocław University of Technology, develops innovations in the production technology of trailers and semi-trailers. The company has recently launched its carpentry, and in the future it also plans to create a powder coating laboratory.

– We are aware of the importance of complete safety and quality of solutions for our sector. We attach great importance to certification. We have introduced ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 3834-2: 2021 standards, as well as full vehicle approval and certification of manufactured parts. We focus on technical solutions that eliminate metallurgical elements. We create more and more highly advanced semi-trailers that make it easier for the driver to transport non-standard dimensions. – says Marcelina Kaczmarek-Pięta, marketing specialist at EMTECH.

The culmination of the work of the design and engineering departments is always confronting solutions with users. The best opportunity for this are industry meetings, during which representatives of the sector can discuss technological innovations in a relaxed atmosphere.
