In recent years, the international context has changed significantly. Geopolitical tensions have led to a substantial increase in investments in the defense and security sectors. In this scenario, collaboration between companies is becoming increasingly important in order to operate effectively in a complex European market.

“Individual companies, on their own, often do not have the strength to effectively position themselves in such a specific market as the military sector. Together we are stronger, more credible, and more competitive,” explains Fabrizio Cottura, CEO of SIRIT Poland.

For this reason, the company decided—supported by Bosetti Global Consulting—to join the cluster, with the goal of expanding its network of industrial relationships and developing new opportunities for collaboration.

SIRIT Poland already collaborates with major brands in the industrial vehicle sector that have developed dedicated lines for military use. However, joining the Dolnośląski Aviation Cluster will also allow the company to connect with firms that operate directly and in a specialized way in production for the defense sector.

Within the cluster, there are companies that develop technologies and components specifically intended for the military industry, creating a collaborative environment focused on innovation and industrial development.

Thanks to its manufacturing experience, SIRIT Poland is able to respond to highly specific technical requirements. Through the fittings manufacturer TOSI, the company can develop customized solutions, adapting production processes and testing procedures to meet clients’ needs.

SIRIT Poland already collaborates with companies in the military sector in Germany, Poland, and the Czech Republic, operating according to high standards of quality, strict data confidentiality, and the specific procedures required in both industrial and military environments.

“The cluster represents an important step forward for us. It is a sector that will become increasingly relevant over the next 5–10 years, and one that we want to observe and develop with great attention,” concludes Cottura.
