This privacy policy is addressed to the persons using the website, further called Users. The policy explains the range of user’s personal data collected by the website owner and the mechanisms securing the privacy (required by law). Privacy policy also serves to comply with the information duty towards the User

         • public relations and marketing of products and services (based on the art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation
         • recovery of the claim (based on the art. 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation )
         • internal administrative purposes including statistics and reporting
         • administration of the website www.siritpoland.pl, visits monitoring, content management, (based on the art. 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation)
      3. Due to the data processing for the purposes indicated in 2. your data may be shared with other entities or category of users. Your data may be shared with:
         • entities enabled to receive your data by law.
      4. Since the administrator uses external service providers such as Mailchimp, the data may be shared to third countries, for example USA. The data will only be shared with entities which guarantee proper data protection.
      5. Your personal data will be only processed in the period necessary to fulfill the purpose indicated in 2:
         • to fulfill an agreement concluded between you and administrator. Once the agreement is fulfilled, the data will be processed during the time and in the way required by law or to secure any possible claims. If you agree to process your data after the expiry of the agreement, it will be processed until your consent is withdrawn.,

         • limit data processing, based on art.18 of the Regulation
         • object the data processing, based on art.21 of the Regulation
         • data transmission, based on art.20 of the Regulation
         • in the cases where your data processing is based on art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation (consent to data processing) you may withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of the consent.
      7. When its is recognized that processing your personal data by administrator violated the Regulation, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO)

To the extent that your data is processed for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling a contract with the administrator, sharing your data is a condition for the conclusion of the agreement. Cookies policy

1. Cookies files are IT data, usually text files stored on the end device of the User of the website. Cookies are designed for using the website. Cookies contain the name of the website they originate from, storage time on the end device and a unique number.
2. The entity posting cookie files on website User’s end device and obtaining access to those files is the owner of the website

The website owner informs that the website contains links to other web pages. The owner recommends reading their respective privacy policies since the owner does not bear responsibility for their content.

• Securing Users’ data on the website

Technical and organizational means are described in the Security Policy (personal data protection) of the website owner.
In particular, the following means are used:

1. data collected automatically by servers are protected by the website access authentication mechanism,
2. data collected from Users during registration is protected by SSL protocol as well as by the website access authentication mechanism,
3. access to service administration uses authentication mechanism

• Changes to privacy policy

Privacy policy may change therefore it is recommended to be up to date and read it. Changes may be caused by IT development, changes to current law or website development. At the bottom of the website you may find the day of publishing the current Privacy policy.
