This privacy policy is addressed to the persons using the website, further called Users.       3. Due to the data processing for the purposes indicated in 2. your data may be shared with other entities or category of users. Your data may be shared with:

      4. Since the administrator uses external service providers such as Mailchimp, the data may be shared to third countries, for example USA. The data will only be shared with entities which guarantee proper data protection.

Once the agreement is fulfilled, the data will be processed during the time and in the way required by law or to secure any possible claims.         • data transmission, based on art.20 of the Regulation
        • in the cases where your data processing is based on art. 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation (consent to data processing) you may withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of the consent.
      7. When its is recognized that processing your personal data by administrator violated the Regulation, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO)

To the extent that your data is processed for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling a contract with the administrator, sharing your data is a condition for the conclusion of the agreement.   2. data collected from Users during registration is protected by SSL protocol as well as by the website access authentication mechanism,
